Peeling wall in Maya

So I'm currently working on a scene that requires me to make walls with peeling paint. I have seen some things on how to do this and I will test some stuff out in maya. Once I get the process down I will be posting a speed video tutorial on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNxJvBwQISvm6eHk_hz4Pcw? I know that link is not pretty but you can help me out by subscribing to the channel so that I can get that official link! But for the full break down of the tutorial head over to my patreon page https://www.patreon.com/theartofgee Thank you for stopping by and stay tuned for more tutorials and updates.

Here is a material that I created for class but also for a game project.  It's will be a master material set up I hope that I covered most of the bases for all of my props.  I will be adding simpler materials in the mix as well but I want to have a basic set ready to go!  Please comment if you have any questions or you just want to make a suggestion!
